There are two distinct workshop areas at Aztech: the 1500 sq. ft. machine shop and the 2000 sq. ft. bench and assembly area. All machining is conducted in house, as is the assembly and development, so strict quality control can be maintained at all times. However, it is company policy to sub-contract projects requiring specialist services to a BSI registered associate company.

The workshop itself is equipped with modern machinery - lathes, milling, grinding and spark erosion equipment - together with a Bridgeport Interact II CNC milling machine.

All of Aztech's engineers are experienced toolmakers with an excellent understanding of all aspects of special purpose equipment and tooling. Their knowledge extends to both pneumatics and hydraulics.
